Item Request & Sourcing Service

If you have found a dress or fashion item online, you can send it to us through our request form, WhatsApp, or by contacting our team directly. We will review the item and assist with sourcing it for you.

  • Send us the product link or photos
  • We check availability and price
  • We confirm the total cost with you
  • You approve before the order is placed

Service Fee

Our service fee covers the handling and processing of your pre-order from supplier purchase to arrival in Nairobi. This allows you to access styles that may not be easily available locally without managing the sourcing process yourself.

Shipping from our supplier to Nairobi is included in the service fee.

We handle the import process, clearance, and related handling steps.

Please note: The service fee does not include final delivery within Kenya. Motorbike delivery in Nairobi, bus delivery outside Nairobi, or other local delivery costs are charged separately depending on your location.

How Payment Works

Full Payment

You may pay the full order amount upfront. This confirms your order and allows us to begin processing it immediately.

Partial Payment

You may also pay a 50% deposit to confirm your pre-order. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or collection.
