How long does a pre-order take?

Delivery time is within 15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier processing, shipping, customs, or other delays outside our control. We will confirm the estimated timeline before your order is placed.

Can I send a dress I found online?

Yes. You can send us a link, screenshot, photo, or video through our request form, and we will check if it can be sourced.

What does the KES 1,500 service fee cover?

It covers order processing, supplier coordination, shipping to Nairobi, customs clearance, insurance, and handling.

Is local delivery included?

No. Local delivery within Nairobi or delivery outside Nairobi is paid separately by the customer.

Do I pay before you order?

Yes. Payment must be confirmed before we place the order with the supplier.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If the item becomes unavailable before ordering, we will inform you and help you choose another option where possible.

Can I exchange or return a pre-order item?

Pre-order items are ordered specially for each customer. All pre-orders are final. Returns, size changes or exchanges are not accepted after ordering. Payments are non-refundable
