We are happy to support you with sizing before you place your pre-order. However, because each dress is ordered specifically for the customer, the final size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

1. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order.

Please choose carefully before confirming your pre-order.

2. Important Sizing Information

Before placing a pre-order, please make sure you:

  • Check your body measurements
  • Consider the style and fit of the dress
  • Confirm that the selected size is correct

3. Size Changes

Once an order has been placed with our supplier, size changes are not possible.

This is why we recommend confirming your size before payment and order processing.

4. Store Fitting Option

If you are unsure about your size, you are welcome to visit our physical store in Nairobi to try on similar dresses before ordering.

5. Our Sizing Support

Our team can help you compare your measurements with the available size chart and advise you based on the dress style, fit, and fabric where information is available.

Please note that sizing support is guidance only. The final decision on which size to order remains with the customer.
