RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. No Cancellations

All pre-orders are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed:

• Orders cannot be cancelled
• Payments are non-refundable

2. No Returns

Returns are not accepted because dresses are ordered specifically for each customer.

3. Exceptions

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• You received the wrong dress
• The product was damaged during delivery

4. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Send an email including:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A short description of the problem

5. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return costs.
