Customer Pays

Dress/Item Price

The cost of the dress or fashion item selected from our catalog or requested through our sourcing service.

SBA Service Fee

A fixed service fee of KES 1,500 is added for handling, processing, supplier coordination, and shipping to Nairobi.

Local Delivery Fee

Delivery within Nairobi or outside Nairobi is charged separately, depending on your location and preferred delivery method.

Service Fee Includes

The KES 1,500 service fee helps us manage the pre-order process from supplier purchase to arrival in Nairobi.

Service Fee Does Not Include

Some costs depend on your location, delivery preference, or special order situation and are therefore charged separately.
