Alimma Pre-Order Services helps you order beautiful dresses and outfits from online stores without worrying about sourcing, shipping, customs, or delivery to Nairobi.

Choose Your Dress

Browse our pre-order catalog and select the dress you love. You can also send us a photo or link of an outfit you found online (Use the Request Form).

Confirm Price & Size

We confirm availability, size options, total cost, and estimated delivery timeline before your order is placed.

Make Payment

Once everything is confirmed, you make payment for the item and our service fee so we can process your order.

We Source & Ship

We order from the supplier, handle shipping to Nairobi, customs clearance, insurance, and all order processing.

Receive Updates

We keep you updated as your order is processed, shipped, received in Nairobi, and prepared for pickup or delivery.

Pickup or Delivery

Once your order arrives, you can collect it from our Nairobi store or arrange local delivery at your cost.

Service Fee: KES 1,500

Our service fee covers order processing, supplier coordination, shipping to Nairobi, customs clearance, insurance, and handling.

 

Service Fee & Delivery

Please note: Local delivery within Kenya is not included in the service fee. Nairobi rider delivery or upcountry bus/courier fees are paid separately.
