Pre-Order Policy

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means the dress is not stocked in advance.

Once you place your order, we source the dress specifically for you from our suppliers and deliver it to you.

Because the dress is ordered first after your payment, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Because the dress is ordered especially for you, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

We immediately source your dress after you place your order, ensuring you receive the style you love. However, and of course sometimes the Dress is sold out. In this case we’ll suggest alternative or refund your payment.

2. Selected Pre-Order Items

We have create a catalogue of items that you choose from and directly order. Our dresses are available through pre-order ONLY.

3. Custom Requests

If you cannot find your desired dress in our catalogue in our online store, you may submit a REQUEST FORM (Click here) with a link to the dress you want. Our team will attempt to source the dress for you.

4. Sizing Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s full responsibility to ensure that the correct size is selected when placing a pre-order.
  • Please consider the specific style and fit of the dress before choosing a size.
  • If unsure, you are welcome to visit our physical store to try on a similar dress for accurate sizing.

5. Final Sale – No Cancellations, No Returns (Order Finality)

Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • All pre-orders are final as we order them specifically for you.
  • Payments are non-refundable, and size changes or returns are not accepted after ordering.

6. Payment Terms

You can choose the Payment structure that suit better to you:

  • Full payment: Full amount upfront
  • Prtial Payment: A deposit must be paid before we place the order. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery

7. Delivery Time

  • The delivery time for all pre-orders is within 15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability, shipping logistics, and customs processing.
  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for late deliveries.

8. Possible Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Supplier delays
  • Transport disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Logistics issues

Please note that refunds will not be issued due to delivery delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Suppliers
  • Logistics providers
