Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our pre-order business model, we have strict return and refund policies.

2. No Cancellations

All pre-orders are final
Once an order is placed and confirmed:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Payments are non-refundable

3. No Returns

Returns are not accepted because dresses are ordered specifically for each customer.

4. Exceptions

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong dress
  • The product was damaged during delivery

5. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Send an email including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A short description of the problem

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer.

However, if the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return costs.
