Pricing

Customer Finale Price = Dress Price* + The SBA Service Fee + All Local Delivery Cost (Where applicable)

*The Dress Price ist the iour Buying Price from our Supplier. If you send us a Request, the Dress Price is the Price of the Online Shop where you find that Dress

Service Fee

The Service Fee is a fixed Amount of KES 2,000. The Fee is added for handling, processing, supplier coordination, and shipping to Nairobi. The Service Fee Does Not Include the Local Delivery Cost or any extra size exchange costs requested by Customer.

Size Selection

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size. We can assist with size charts where available. If you are unsure about your size, you are welcome to visit our physical store in Nairobi to try on similar dresses before ordering. But final size selection is made by the customer.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery time  is within 15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier processing, shipping, customs, or other delays outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items are ordered specially for each customer. All pre-orders are final. Returns, size changes or exchanges are not accepted after ordering. Payments are non-refundable

Payment

Payment must be confirmed before we place your order with the supplier. Your final cost will be shared before payment.

Availability

Supplier stock can change quickly. We confirm availability before ordering, but items may sell out before payment is completed.

Local Delivery

Local delivery fees within Kenya are paid separately. Customers may also collect orders from our Nairobi store once they arrive.
