• Deposit (50%): Pay 50% now and complete the balance before delivery.

Note: Orders placed with deposit require full balance payment before delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms

1. Pre-Order Agreement

All dresses are sold as pre-order items unless otherwise stated.
This means the item will be sourced after the order is placed.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery is estimated within 15 business days.
Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

3. Order Finality

All orders are final once confirmed.
Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after the supplier order has been placed.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information
• Selecting the correct dress size (Sizing Responsibility - See below for more)
• Completing payment according to the payment terms

5. Sizing Responsibility

• It is the customer’s full responsibility to ensure that the correct size is selected when placing a pre-order.
• Please consider the specific style and fit of the dress before choosing a size.
• If unsure, you are welcome to visit our physical store to try on a similar dress for accurate sizing.

6. Payment Terms

You can choose the Payment structure that suit better to you!

• Full payment 
• Prtial Payment

Conditions for partial payment:

• A deposit must be paid before we place the order.
• The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
• The dress will not be delivered until the remaining balance is paid.

Cash on Delivery:

• We do not offer cash on delivery because all dresses are sourced specifically for each customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Styles By Alimma is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Suppliers
• Logistics providers
• Customs authorities
  
• Events outside our control

• Dispatch: Within 24 Hours
• Free shipping across all products on a minimum purchase of 10,000 Ksh.
• Delivery time for Kenya: 15 Business days
• East Africa delivery time : 15 Business days + 5-7 Business days
• The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy
• We do not offer Cash on delivery

2. Returns
We try to support our customers in their purchasing process and give you all the support you need to order the right Dresses. However, due to the nature of the pre-order business model, all pre-orders are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed:
