What is Alimma Pre-Order Services?

Alimma Pre-Order Services is a brand of Styles By Alimma. We help customers order dresses from our curated collections or request fashion items they have found online.

How does the pre-order service work?

Choose a dress from our online store or send us a link or photo of the item you want. We will confirm availability, size, price and delivery details before processing your order.

Can you source a dress that is not in your collection?

Yes. Send us a clear photo or product link through our Request Form or WhatsApp. Our team will check availability and provide the total price and order details.

What does the KES 2,000 service fee cover?

The service fee covers:

  • Processing and handling your order
  • Shipping from our supplier to Nairobi
  • Customs clearance and applicable import handling
  • Insurance during international transportation

Delivery from our Nairobi store to your address is charged separately.

Is local delivery included in the service fee?

No

  • Local delivery within Nairobi or delivery outside Nairobi is paid separately by the customer.
  • Local delivery fees depend on the destination and delivery method.
  • Store pickup from our Nairobi shop is also available.
Do I pay before you order?

Yes. Payment must be confirmed before we place the order with the supplier.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If the item becomes unavailable before ordering, we will inform you and help you choose another option where possible.

How long does delivery take?

Pre-orders are generally delivered within 15 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on supplier processing, customs and other logistics circumstances.

Can I cancel or return a pre-order?

All confirmed pre-orders are final. They cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded because each item is ordered specifically for each customer.

An exception applies if you receive the wrong item or if the item arrives damaged. Please report the issue within two days of delivery.

Can I change my size after placing an order?

Once your order has been placed with our supplier, the selected size cannot be changed. Please review the size chart carefully before confirming your order.

Do you offer support in finding the right size?

Yes. Our team can help you understand the size chart and identify the most suitable size.

  • The customer remains fully responsible for selecting the correct size when placing a pre-order.
  • Please consider the specific style, cut and fit of the dress before choosing your size.
  • If you are unsure, you are welcome to visit our Nairobi store and try on a similar dress for more accurate sizing.

Once an order has been placed with our supplier, the selected size cannot be changed.

What payment options are available?

You can choose the payment structure that works best for you:

  • Full payment: Pay the full order amount upfront.
  • Partial payment: Pay a 50% deposit when placing your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or collection.

Your order is confirmed only after the required payment has been received. Payments for confirmed pre-orders are non-refundable.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may include M-PESA, debit or credit card, and PayPal. The available options will be displayed during checkout.

How can I place an order?

You can place your order using whichever option is most convenient:

  • Online store: Shop and place your order online 24 hours a day.

  • WhatsApp: Send your order or product request through WhatsApp.
  • In store: Visit Styles By Alimma at Digital Shopping Mall, 2nd Floor, Shop F18, Moi Avenue, Nairobi.

Our team will confirm the product, size, price, payment and estimated delivery time before processing your order.
