All the dresses offered on this site are pre-order items. This means the dress is sourced and ordered specifically for you after your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, we begin sourcing the dress from our suppliers.

2. Delivery Time

• The delivery time for all pre-orders is within 15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability, shipping logistics, and customs processing.
• Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for late deliveries.

3. Sizing Responsibility

• It is the customer’s full responsibility to ensure that the correct size is selected when placing a pre-order.
• Please consider the specific style and fit of the dress before choosing a size.
• If unsure, you are welcome to visit our physical store to try on a similar dress for accurate sizing.

3. Final Sale – No Cancellations or Returns

• All pre-orders are final as we order them specifically for you.
• Payments are non-refundable, and size changes or returns are not accepted after ordering.
